Summit Capital’s principals have over 100 years of collective experience in the field of distressed loans and REO acquisitions, asset management and disposition. Over the past 20 years, its principals have purchased over $3BN of distressed assets and REO properties and generated average fund level returns in excess of 20%.
Our fundamental philosophy is to approach every decision from an ‘owner’s perspective’. Stated alternatively, we know how to conduct workouts and turnarounds in the most direct and efficient manner – which ensures a savings of both time and money.
INVESTING
We are actively seeking to acquire non-performing or sub-performing assets, including portfolios of defaulted loans as well as REO properties. We can accommodate discrete private transactions and also have experience with public auctions of real estate assets.
